The human resources solutions company has appointed Stephanie Valles as business development manager in its benefits solutions team. Valles has over 15 years’ experience in employee benefits, and joins from Capita Employee Benefits.

Lloyds Bank
Alice Beavan has joined the bank’s commercial banking division as head of ecommerce for credit products. She has previously held various roles at Royal Bank of Canada, Tradeweb and MarketAxess.

JP Morgan Asset Management
The asset management firm has recruited Matt LeBlanc as chief investment officer for OECD infrastructure equity. He previously spent ten years at ArcLight Capital Partners, where he was principal for private equity investments.

Colliers
The commercial real estate company has announced the appointment of Terence Tang as managing director for Asia capital markets and investment services. Tang has over 24 years’ experience in real estate, and joins from Invesco, where he ran its real estate investment management business.

Crowe Clark Whitehill
David Mellor has been promoted from managing partner to chief executive at the accountancy firm.

Kleinwort Benson
The wealth management company has hired David Sargent as executive private banker in its private wealth management international division. Sargent joins from Coutts, where he was a director in its Middle East team. Prior to that, he worked at ABN Amro Bank in Dubai and ANZ Investment Bank in London.

Peel Hunt
The broking and advisory firm has appointed Clyde Lewis as building and construction analyst. Lewis joins from Citigroup, where he was lead analyst covering the building sector.

Suffolk Life
Jane Ridgley has joined the pensions firm as operations director. She has over 25 years’ experience working with financial advisers, and was most recently product director in L&G’s workplace pensions team.
