LaSalle Investment Management
The investment management firm has hired Tiziana Galassini as chief operating officer in its client capital group. She joins from Morgan Stanley, where she spent 15 years in its investment banking division.

Berenberg
The European investment bank has announced three senior hires. Iro Papadopoulou joins as banks specialist sales, and has held senior roles at UBS, Merrill Lynch and the Bank of Cyprus. Richard Payman and Anita Surana both join its equity sales team. Payman was most recently at Hamilton Court Capital. Surana has spent the last seven years working at ABM Amro and RBS.

CBRE
Ana Hutchinson has been appointed residential director at the commercial property and real estate firm, where she will oversee its agency sales and lettings teams. Hutchinson has previously worked at Chesterton Humberts and Grainger.

BNY Mellon
The investment management company has named Jeff Pamplin as head of client service management for Europe, the Middle East and Africa in its alternative investment services division. He joins from State Street, where he led the integration of its Goldman Sachs administration services acquisition. Prior to that, he worked at Goldman Sachs Bank Europe.

IMA
The Investment Management Association has announced the appointment of Annette Spencer as director of communications. She was most recently global head of media relations at Salans, and has held communications roles at RSA, First Direct and Old Mutual.

Signia Wealth
Sir Keith Mills, who founded Air Miles International Group in 1988, has joined the wealth management firm’s advisory board. He is former international president and chief executive of London 2012.

Faegre Baker Daniels
The law firm has appointed Emma Cartwright as an associate in its intellectual property and corporate practices. She was previously at Shoosmiths.
