The investment management company has announced the appointment of Gary Moore as European head of strategic partnerships. He was most recently at CBRE Global Investors, where he was a senior fund manager.

The Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors has appointed Michael Newey as president. Newey is group chief executive at Broadland Housing Group. He is a former executive director at Anglia Housing Group, and group development director at Flagship Housing.

Nick Parkin has been appointed to lead the consultancy firm’s market data team. Parkin has previously worked for Bloomberg and the London Stock Exchange.

Nicholas Melhuish has joined the asset management firm as head of global equity. He was previously at UBS Global Asset Management, where he was head of global equities. Prior to that, he was lead portfolio manager at Nicholas-Applegate Capital Management.

Bargate Murray
The City law firm has recruited Lauren Payne as an associate in its superyacht and aviation division. Payne previously worked at DLA Piper.

The recruitment company has hired Mark Quinn as market business leader for talent. He was most recently head of reward for RBS’s UK retail banking, European insurance, and global wealth management divisions. Prior to that, he was a director in Ernst & Young’s performance and reward consulting practice.

Thomas Miller Investments
Tom Richards has been appointed director at the fund management firm. He joined Thomas Miller in 2012, and was a Royal Air Force pilot before starting his career in investment management.

The frontier market investment banking boutique has appointed Philip Southwell as chief executive. He has previously held leadership roles at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Deutsche Bank, and EFG-Hermes.
