The intellectual property firm has appointed Annie Lachmansingh as an executive and partner. Lachmansingh, a dispute resolution specialist, has been working at the company for 13 years. Prior to joining, she was at Ford of Europe.

The asset management company has announced two new hires. Neil Woodward, who joins as structurer in its liability-driven investment team, was most recently at KPMG, where he worked as head of modelling in its investment advisory division. Kristy Barr, who has been appointed as a director for sales and client relationships, was previously founding partner and head of marketing and investor relations at Callanish Capital Partners.

S&P Ratings Service
The credit ratings and research provider has appointed Sergey Nazarov as regional general manager for Russia and the Commonwealth of Independent States. Nazarov has over a decade’s experience as a senior investment manager, both at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, and more recently at Renaissance Capital.

Baker Tilly
Steve Railton has joined the business advisory firm as a managing partner. He began his career at Binden Hamlyn, before becoming a partner at Forrestals. He joined Baker Tilly in 2003.

The law firm has made three appointments to its private client team. Sandra Brown joins as a partner. Edward Porter and Jenny O’Neill, both previously at Osborne Clark, have been appointed solicitor and trust manager respectively.

The software and data company has appointed Jon Higgins, former European managing director at Aon, as senior managing account director.

Insight Investment
Paul Trickett has been appointed to the asset management company’s board. He was previously head of investment practice for Europe, the Middle East and Africa at Towers Watson, and chief executive of the British Coal Pension Schemes.
