The technology company has appointed Jacquie Boast as senior vice president for sales, marketing and product management. Boast has previously held senior roles at a number of technology firms. She was most recently chief operating officer at Kewill.

Jones Lang LaSalle
The real estate services firm has announced the appointment of Neil Henderson as a local director in its project and development team. Henderson has over 17 years’ experience in building surveying, and joins from DTZ.

Fox Williams
The law firm has appointed Paul Osborne senior partner. Osborne co-founded the firm in 1989, and specialises in domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions.

Fraser Heaviside has joined the mobile solutions company as managing director of its marketing division. He was most recently at ZenithOptimedia, where he was group business director.

Field Fisher Waterhouse
The law firm has appointed four new partners. David Kent has joined as an investment partner from Taylor Wessing. George Gillham joins the tax litigation team from Pinsent Mason. Robin Spender was most recently a senior associate at SJ Berwin. And Alex Campbell, who has over 10 years’ experience in structure finance transactions, was previously a senior associate at Berwin Leighton Paisner.

Polar Capital
The investment management firm has made two hires to its healthcare team. Deane Donnigan was most recently at Framlington, where she was lead portfolio manager on its healthcare and biotechnology funds. David Pinniger has over 12 years’ investment experience, and has previously held various roles at Morgan Stanley and Abingworth.

Watson, Farley & Williams
Henry Stewart has joined the law firm as a partner in its London office. He was previously senior associate in the energy and infrastructure team at Clifford Chance.
