Braemar Estates
The property management company, part of the Brooks Macdonald Group, has appointed Chris March as chief executive. March has over 30 years’ property management experience, and joins from Allsop Residential Investment Management, where he was property director. Prior to that, he was business development director at Countrywide Managing Agents.

Addleshaw Goddard
The law firm has appointed Simon Prendergast as a partner in its banking group. Prendergast, who will specialise in asset-based lending and cross-border receivables financing, joins from Eversheds, where he was head of asset-based lending.

Delin Capital Asset Management
Sarah Emery has been appointed vice president at the real estate investment advisory and asset management firm. She was most recently group financial controller at Black Sea Global Properties. Prior to that, she was a financial controller at Rutley Capital Partners.

The intellectual property firm has appointed Luke Minford as chief executive. Minford is currently UK country manager at the firm, having previously led its China office.

Nicholas Plant has joined the law firm to lead its private equity group in the UK, Middle East and Africa regions. He was most recently a partner in the corporate finance division at SJ Berwin.

McLean Partnership
The professional advisory firm has announced the appointment of Melanie Beard as partner. Beard brings over 14 years’ experience within human resources (HR), and was previously head of HR at the Evolution Group.

The supermarket chain has announced the appointment of Emily Lawson as group human resources director. She was most recently a partner at McKinsey & Company, where she led its human capital practice.

Jacana Partners
The pan-African private equity firm has hired Shaun Collyer as chief investment officer. Collyer is the former chief executive of Batian Fund. He previously worked in the expansion and growth buy-out team at Pegasus Capital in New York.

Grant Johnson has been appointed chief marketing officer at the technology firm. He joins from Pegasystems, where he was also chief marketing officer. Prior to that, he was vice president of marketing at FileNet.
