The professional services firm has announced the appointment of Graeme Ashley-Fenn as head of its regulatory advisory practice. Ashley-Fenn has over 30 years’ experience in finance and regulation, and is a former Financial Services Authority director.

Rothschild
Charles Costa Duarte and Jake van Beever have joined the bank’s wealth management division to create a new client adviser team. They both join from Lloyds TSB Private Banking.

BNP Paribas Securities Services
Annalisa Winge Bicknell has joined the investment custodian as regional head of sales and relationship management for institutional clients. She was most recently at SEB.

PwC
The professional services firm has announced the appointment of Rt Hon Alan Milburn as chairman of its new health industry oversight board. Milburn served as MP for Darlington from 1992 until 2010. During this time, he served as chief secretary to the Treasury and Secretary of State for Health.

Towers Watson
The professional services company has hired Colin Fowler to its technology and administration solutions team. Fowler was previously a director at Capita Hartshead.

Marriott Harrison
The law firm has hired Catherine McLoughlin as a partner in its corporate department. McLoughlin has previously worked in the corporate groups at Slaughter and May, Ashurst and Morgan Lewis. She has also held senior roles at Nomura International.

RPC
Amy Gallimore has joined the law firm as an associate in its insolvency team. Gallimore, who previously worked at Speechly Bircham, has specialised in insolvency for over seven years.

Grant Thornton
Alan Richardson has been appointed as a partner, specialising in international and corporate tax in the Thames Valley, at the professional services firm. Prior to joining, he spent 15 years at Ernst & Young.
