Hearthstone Investments
The fund and property management firm has appointed Abigail Hyne as marketing executive. Hyne joins from Investec Asset Management, where she was a sales and marketing associate within its UK client group.

Baker Tilly
The business advisory firm has announced the appointment of Sarah Lang as a manager in its forensic services division. Lang most recently worked at Deloitte Forensic.

Cushman & Wakefield
The commercial real estate services firm has announced two new hires. Jack Simmons joins as a partner and head of residential. He was most recently at Jones Lang LaSalle, where he was a founding director of its residential investment and development team. James Chell also joins from Jones Lang LaSalle.

Brooks Macdonald
Rod Sallis has been appointed as an investment adviser at the asset management company. Sallis has over 10 years’ experience in the financial services industry, and was formerly a fund analyst at SG Hambros. Prior to that, he was an investment manager at Cannon Asset Management.

The bank has announced that Chris Stamper will join its board as a non-executive director. Stamper brings 25 years’ experience in asset finance, most recently as director of ING Lease. Prior to that, he held senior management roles at Abbey National, including head of business and sales director. He began his career at Lombard North Central.

Cadwalader Wickersham & Taft
Two new partners have joined the law firm’s financial restructuring division. Holly Neavill was previously a partner at Latham & Watkins. Louisa Watt joins from Richards Kibbe & Orbe, where she was a partner in its London office and a member of its executive committee.

Lee Marshall has been appointed head of IT infrastructure at the fund services firm. He joins from JP Morgan Bank Luxembourg, where he was a senior product manager responsible for its European offshore asset manager segment.
