Canaccord Genuity
The investment bank has announced the appointment of Dr Julian Feneley as head of healthcare investment banking, Europe. He has over 20 years’ industry experience as an investment banker and chief executive and joins from JP Morgan, where he was a senior member of its European healthcare investment banking franchise.

Slaughter and May
The law firm has announced two new partners. James Stacey joined the firm in 2002 as a trainee solicitor, and has since been working in its dispute resolution team. Lisa Wright qualified as a solicitor at the firm in 2005 and subsequently worked in its competition group.

Commerzbank Corporates and Markets
Jens Voss has been appointed global head of equity capital markets at the bank. He joins from Citigroup, where he managed its strategic equity division’s origination and structuring efforts. Voss has previously held senior roles at Societe Generale, Credit Suisse, and Dresdner Bank.

Pinsent Masons
Monica Gogna, a regulatory specialist, will join the law firm’s financial services team as a partner. Gogna was most recently a senior associate at Clifford Chance. Prior to entering private practice, she worked as an analyst at JP Morgan.

Good Technology
The secure enterprise mobility company has elected Marc D Gordon to its board of directors. Gordon has served as the executive vice president and chief information officer at American Express since September 2012. He has previously held senior roles at Bank of America and Best Buy.

Lighthouse Group
Fay Goddard has been appointed non-executive director at the advisory firm. She has over 25 years’ experience in the financial services sector, and will soon retire from her current role as chief executive of the Personal Finance Society. She was previously deputy director general of the Association of Independent Financial Advisers.

Renaissance Capital
The investment banking firm has appointed Vladimir Gibenko as head of IT. He will report to its chief operating officer Anna Vyshlova. Gibenko joined Renaissance Capital in 2005 from BrokerCreditSuisse, where he managed its IT function.

ETF Securities
Mark Weeks has been appointed UK chief executive at the company, which specialises in exchange-traded funds and exchange traded commodities. He has over 20 years’ experience in the financial sector, and has previously held senior positions at UBS, Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley.
