Legal & General Property
The real estate firm has announced the appointment of Chris Hunt as a senior asset manager to support its property unit trust. He joins from Cushman & Wakefield, where he was an associate partner in its business space investment team.

Lloyds Banking Group
Rosemary Hilary has joined TSB – the standalone bank being created under Project Verde – as audit director. Hilary was previously head of internal audit at the Financial Conduct Authority/Financial Services Agency (FSA), where she led the reviews into the supervision of Northern Rock. Prior to joining the FSA, she held a senior supervisory role at the Bank of England.

CAPEX Human Capital
The executive search and interim management firm has hired Rachel Roberts to lead its retail team. Roberts has over ten years’ experience in high street and luxury retail, and joins from BHS.

Thomas Miller Investment
The asset management firm has appointed Paul Trickett as a non-executive director. Trickett is currently director of Aberforth Smaller Companies investment trust, and trustee chairman for both the Zurich Financial Services UK pension scheme and the Legal & General worksave master trust. He was previously head of global portfolio solutions for Europe, the Middle East and Africa at Goldman Sachs Asset Management.

Crowe Clark Whitehill
Lee Hamilton has joined the national tax, audit and advisory firm as director of international mobility services in its employer’s advisory group. He was most recently at RSM Tenon, where he specialised in international assignment and expatriate tax. Prior to that, he held senior roles at PwC.

STV Group
The media company has announced the appointment of Margaret Ford as non-executive chair of its board. Ford is currently chairman of May Gurney Integrated Services and Barchester Healthcare, and non-executive director of Taylor Wimpey. She was appointed to the House of Lords in 2006.

The oil and gas learning technology company has appointed Graeme Park as chief financial officer. He joins from First Group, where he was finance director. He previously worked at Diageo and BBA Group.

Antony Power has joined the law firm as a partner. He specialises in social infrastructure projects and public-private partnerships.
