The commercial real estate firm has appointed Ed Neild as head of strategic account management in its Europe, Middle East and Africa corporate solution team. He joins from CBRE, where he was head of its global corporate services complex transaction team.

Lloyds TSB Private Banking
Jon Farley has joined the bank’s private banking division as country head for its business in Gibraltar. He has over 15 years’ industry experience, and joined Lloyds in 2008 from Barclays Bank.

Allen & Overy
The law firm has announced the appointment of Alasdair Balfour as a partner in its London antitrust group. Balfour joins from Fried Frank, where he was a partner advising multinational clients on UK and EU antitrust issues.

Societe Generale
The bank has appointed Christian Behaghel as head of global transaction banking and deputy head of global transaction and payment services. He joined the bank in 1976.

Osborne Clarke
Keith Bordell has been appointed as a partner and head of the London restructuring and insolvency team at the law firm. He has previously held senior roles at Speechly Bircham and Travers Smith.

Colin Couchman has joined the bank’s corporate banking division as a relationship director within its oil and gas team. He was most recently senior director, oil and gas, at Bayerische Landesbank. Prior to that, he was head of energy, power and natural resources at Europe Arab Bank.

The real estate firm has appointed Annemarie Manning as a director in its business development team. She joins from Greenhill & Co, where she was a principal.

Sberbank CIB
The investment bank has hired Igor Ukrasin as co-head of sector investment banking and head of energy. He was most recently a managing director at Credit Suisse.
