The tax advisory firm has announced the appointment of Philip Martin as managing director in its London office. Martin has over 20 years’ experience managing tax issues in financial services companies. He was previously co-head of global tax at Nomura.

Keystone
Stephen Ralph has joined the law firm as a consultant in its litigation and partnerships teams. He was previously at Penningtons, where he was a partner and head of its professional practices group. He is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.

Jackson-Stops & Staff
Nicholas Leeming, co-founder of property portal Propertyfinder, has been appointed chairman at the estate agents. Propertyfinder was acquired in 2009 by Zoopla, where Leeming was business development director until 2012.

Natixis Global Asset Management
The asset management firm has hired Chris Jackson as head of international product. Jackson previously worked at M&G for ten years, most recently as product director.

Falcon Group
The alternative financing company has recruited Emma Clark as head of business development. Clark joins from RK Harrison, where she was executive director for business development global accounts. Prior to that, she was head of financial services at Sony.
SNCF
Frank Bernard has been appointed development director responsible for the Orient Express brand at SNCF. He has previously held various roles at Thalys International, Wang Labs and PPR.

Grovepoint
The private investment firm has announced the appointment of Dennis Levine as a partner and head its credit business. Levine founded Burdale Financial, a lending firm later acquired in 2012 by Wells Fargo.

Berrymans Lace Mawer
The law firm has hired Joanna Keogh as a partner in its national fraud team. Keogh specialises in litigation and insurance fraud, and joins from DAC Beachcroft, where she was a partner.
