Orchard Street Investment Management

The commercial property investment management firm has appointed Philip Gadsden as partner. Gadsden was previously an international director in Jones Lang LaSalle’s investment management division.


The consultancy firm has announced the appointment of Ian Cotterill as a director in its financial services practice. Cotterill was most recently an associate director at KPMG, where he worked on client business effectiveness. Prior to that, he was head of regional services consulting at PwC.


David Lam has been appointed managing director and head of north Asia at the bank. Based in Hong Kong, he will be responsible for private banking teams across the region. He was previously regional head of clients and head of business at GAM. Prior to that, he was a director of private wealth services at Merrill Lynch.

McCurrach Financial Services

Charles Evans has joined the financial services advisory firm as corporate partnerships director. He was most recently vice-president for third party partnerships at Barclays Wealth & Investment Management. Prior to that, he was head of business development at Clerical Medical.

Towers Watson

The professional services company has appointed three senior insurance brokers. Mark Steddon joins as head of terrorism from Aon. Corina Muller Monaghan and Steve Robinson are the first hires for the firm’s crisis management business.

CVC Credit Partners

Stuart Levett has joined the credit asset management and investment group as a managing director. He has over 16 years’ industry experience, and was recently a managing director at UBS and Cantor Fitzgerald responsible for sourcing single line assets and portfolios.


The software solutions firm has appointed John Owens as head of business analysis. Prior to joining, Owens held senior positions within the FINEOS Corporation across its product development and professional services divisions.
