The legal costs firm has announced the appointment of Peter Petyt as chief executive. Petyt, a former corporate finance planner at MHA MacIntyre Hudson, will be focusing on business development. He has previously held senior positions at Pridie Brewster, UHY Hacker Young, and BDO in Bahrain. He is also a former deputy chairman of the Corporate Finance Faculty of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Carmignac Gestion
Benjamin Boyer has joined the asset management firm’s Swiss team as sales manager. He has over ten years’ industry experience, including seven years spent at HSBC Global Asset Management as head of wholesale in Switzerland.

Personal Finance Society
Scott Goodsir has been appointed adviser to the board at the professional organisation for financial advisers. He is currently managing director and head of wholesale for BNY Mellon Asset Management. His career began over 20 years ago when he joined AMP. He has also previously worked for RBS in its portfolio management division.

Kleinwort Benson
The private bank has appointed Raj Hallen as a portfolio manager within its managed funds team. Hallen joins from Premier Asset Management, where he was an investment specialist and private client portfolio manager. Prior to that, he was deputy chief investment officer at Skandia Investment management.

The ECU Group
Yee Har Miller has been appointed head of client services at the multi-currency liability management firm. Miller joins from FundQuest UK, where she was an associate director for client services.

Thomsons Online Benefits
The technology and services firm has appointed Andrew Bradshaw as chief operating officer. He was most recently president for Europe and Australia and New Zealand at SHL.

Coats
Andy Speak has joined the textiles business as chief human resources officer. Prior to his appointment, Speak was global head of human resources at BP, and has previously worked at Unilever and PepsiCo.
