The wealth management firm has announced the appointment of Damian Wallen as employee benefits consultant in its retirement services division. Wallen was most recently head of financial planning at SPF Private Clients.

Allianz Global Investors
The investment management company has made two new hires. Nicolas Lucas joins its infrastructure debt team as partner. He was most recently at RBS, where he was vice president for infrastructure, power and utilities. Alexander Ball, who joins the team as an associate, was previously at RBC Capital Markets, where he was an analyst in its acquisition and leveraged finance team.

Waterlogic
John Skidmore has joined the water purification and dispensing systems company as group chief financial officer. He qualified with Deloitte before spending 16 years at PHS, where he was most recently chief financial officer.

Frontier Investment Management
The investment boutique has added two new members to its business development team. Christopher Cade has been appointed head of UK sales. He previously held senior roles at Skandia and Baring Asset Management. Darren Hymos joins the team as senior business development manager, and was most recently at Investec.

Hudson Legal
The legal search company has announced the appointment of David Kitchen as a consultant in its legal private practice team. Kitchen was most recently at Hamlins, where he was a solicitor specialising in property litigation.

Fusion AI Partners
Keith Fenwick has joined the private equity firm as chairman of its advisory board. He has over 35 years’ experience in the insurance sector, and previously held senior positions at Marsh and JLT.

GSC Solicitors
The law firm has appointed Janet McCann as a partner in its property practice. She joins from Howard Kennedy, where she was a partner.
