The private bank has announced the appointment of Tina Brunetti as group head of compliance. She joins from Lloyds Private Bank in Luxembourg, where she was responsible for compliance and risk functions including IT securities and internal control areas.

The research division of Sberbank CIB has made two senior hires. Kingmill Bond, who will join as chief strategist and managing director, was most recently chief strategist at Citibank. Prior to that, he held various research and strategy roles at Deutsche Bank. Andrey Kuznetsov, who also joins from Citibank, has been appointed strategist responsible for research across the Russian equity markets.

Jeremy Turrell has been appointed as a wealth adviser at the wealth management firm. He has over 20 years’ industry experience, and was most recently a senior private banker at Lloyds Mayfair Private Banking.

Interim Partners
The firm providing interim managers to the private sector has appointed Adam Kyriacou as a senior director. Kyriacou was previously at Hudson for eight years, where he was national managing director for marketing and communications, sales, legal, and supply chain/procurement.

Speechly Bircham
Francois Lerusse has joined the law firm as a partner. He was most recently at Clifford Chance, where he specialised in cross-border mergers and acquisitions and leveraged buyouts. He will be joined by senior associate, Helene Arvis, also from Clifford Chance.

Jupiter Asset Management
The asset management firm has announced the appointment of Damian Cocking as head of private clients and charities business development. He joins from Stenham Advisors, where he was head of offshore sales.

Barnett Waddingham
Simon Taylor has joined the actuarial, administration and consultancy services firm as an associate in its corporate consulting practice. He has over 20 years’ experience advising firms on their pension scheme arrangements, and was previously head of corporate consulting in HSBC’s actuarial division.
