BNP Paribas Real Estate
The commercial property firm has announced the appointment of James Strevens as senior City agency director. He joins from Cushman & Wakefield, where he spent the last nine years working on development projects. Prior to that, he worked in Knight Frank’s City office for six years.

Richard Hilton has been appointed director and head of business development in the bank’s employee benefits division. He has nearly 20 years’ experience in financial services, working in sales and development roles. He was most recently at Mercer, where he was UK sales and marketing leader for its outsourced business.

Davenport Lyons
The law firm has announced an appointment to its employment team. Noel Deans, who joins as a partner, is a former practising employment barrister, and his current legal practice covers a range of contentious and non-contentious UK employment law.

Duff & Phelps
The financial advisory and investment banking firm has announced the return of Hilary Eastman as a director in its office of professional practice. Eastman has recently completed a seven year tenure as senior technical manager at the International Accounting Standards Board.

The technology company has hired Jack Godfrey as business development director for its finance and legal client acquisition team. He joins from Pareto Law, where he held various business development and consulting roles.

Clare Hollingsworth has been appointed chairman of Eurostar. She is also on the board of Savills and Virgin Healthcare. Hollingsworth was formerly chief executive at Spire Healthcare, and managing director of Caledonian Airways.

Suffolk Life
The self-invested personal pension provider has appointed Will Self as managing director. Self joined the company in 2003, and is a member of the Chartered Management Institute.

Bates Wells Braithwaite
Martin Bunch has been promoted to managing partner at the law firm. He has been a partner since 1997, and deputy managing partner since 2011.

NBGI Private Equity
The private equity firm has appointed Tim Kelly as a senior adviser. Kelly began his career with Unilever, before joining Coca-Cola. He was more recently a marketing director at Diageo.
