BAE Systems Detica

The business and technology consulting firm has appointed Morag Lucey as chief marketing officer to head its marketing and strategy functions. She joins from Convergys, where she was senior vice president of global marketing and product management.


The property consultancy firm has expanded its valuation team with two appointments. Rupert Maude, who joins as a partner, has over 36 years’ industry experience and was most recently head of loan advisory at Deloitte. Sharnie Gosal, who has been appointed associate, specialises in advising private banking clients and UK high street banks, and also joins from Deloitte.


The law firm has recruited two new advocates. Val Rouse, who qualified as an English barrister in 2005, joins its business and trust law group. Sam Dingle, who was admitted as an English solicitor in 2008, will join its litigation team.

Hargreave Hale

Richard Sneideris has been appointed investment manager at the stockbroking and investment management firm. He was most recently an investment manager servicing private clients at Quilter. Prior to that, he was a fund manager on Deutsche Bank’s private wealth management team.


The residential property fund management company has announced the appointment of Adrian Gaspar as technical sales manager. Gaspar has over 25 years’ investment experience, and joins from Defaqto, where he was a senior consultant.

Piper Smith Watton

Pervaze Ahmed has joined the Westminster law firm as a partner and head of its private property department. He was previously a partner at Child and Child and more recently at Charles Russell.

BCS Prime Brokerage

The financial institution has appointed John Barker and Edward Golosov to its board as executive directors. Barker is a former chief executive of Liquidnet Europe and has previously held senior roles at Deutsche Bank and Tokyo-Mitsubishi International. Golosov was most recently global head of structuring and origination at Barclays Capital Fund Solutions.
