The support services and construction firm has announced the appointment of Catherine Ward as director of human resources (HR). She joins from BMI Healthcare, where she was group people and communications director. Ward has previously held senior HR roles at BAA, SHL Group, the BBC, Sotheby’s and Aviva.

Mitsubishi UFJ Securities

William Mansfield has joined the investment bank as chief executive. He was most recently head of global financial markets Americas at Rabobank International and chief executive of Rabo Securities USA. He has nearly 30 years’ experience in multinational financial institutions, including the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce, Nomura Securities and Credit Lyonnais.


Patricia Bradley has joined the consultancy firm as a consultant. She was previously a corporate governance analyst at Pensions and Investment Research Consultants (Pirc). She began her career at Baring Securities as an analyst.


The IT services and business consulting firm has made two senior promotions. Pierre-Yves Cros, previously chief executive of Capgemini Consulting and member of the executive committee, has been appointed chief development officer. Xavier Hochet, currently chief executive of Capgemini Consulting in France, has been promoted to chief executive for global strategy and joins the group’s executive committee.


The insurance firm has appointed Jenny Guisquet as sales desk manager in its employee benefits division. Guisquet was previously at Bupa International, where she was direct company sales team manager.

Novae Group

The insurance underwriting firm has appointed Charles Fry as chief financial officer. Fry was previously chief operating officer at Guy Carpenter in New York. Prior to that, he held various roles at Benfield Group and PwC.


Andrew Foreman has been appointed chief information officer at the mortgage servicing solutions provider. He joins from Experian, where he was vice president, global technology services.


Robert Cohn has joined the games website’s board of directors. Cohn is founder of Octel Communications. He has previously served as investing partner at Sequoia Capital, and is a former governor of Nasdaq.
