BNP Paribas
Tim Healy has been appointed global chief operating officer for investor relationship management at the bank. He joins from Credit Suisse, where he headed up business and client development for Europe, Middle East and Africa. Healy has 20 years’ experience in financial services, and has also held roles at Deutsche Bank and Accenture.

Marsh
Richard Moxon has been appointed leader of the insurance company’s UK private client services division. He joined Marsh in 2009 as a senior client manager, and has previously worked as an appraisal manager for private clients across Europe at Zurich.

PwC
The professional services firm has appointed Stuart Cook as head of utility strategy and regulation. He has worked in the power and utilities industry for 20 years, and is a former member of the Gas and Electricity Markets Authority, the board that governs utility regulator Ofgem.

Aon Hewitt
Karen McWilliam has been appointed head of public sector benefits consultancy at the human resources solutions firm. She joins after 10 years at Hymans Robertson in Glasgow, where she was a partner and founded its public sector benefit consultancy. McWilliam is also a former pensions manager for the Highland Council in Inverness.

BDO
The accountancy and business advisory firm has appointed David Fletcher as head of restructuring advisory within its business restructuring team. Fletcher previously worked at KPMG, and was a partner there for 12 years.

Buck Global Investment Advisors
The investment practice of Buck Consultants has appointed Ian Peart as senior investment consultant. He has over 25 years’ experience in the field and joins from Aon Hewitt, where he led its global investment management research team. Peart has also held senior roles at Friends, Ivory and Sime.

EC Harris
The consultancy has appointed Mark Cowlard as partner and head of its rail sector team. He joins from Atkins, where he was managing director of rail solutions. Cowlard has held positions at Dixons and Mobil Oil.

Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty
James Tuplin has been appointed technology risks underwriter within the insurance company’s financial lines team. He has worked in the sector for 10 years, and was most recently a senior underwriter specialising in technology and media.
