The DIY investment service has announced the appointment of Adam Seale as chief executive. Seale joined the company in 2012 as chief operating officer. He has previously worked at the Bank of England, Lloyds Banking Group and HBOS.

The law firm has appointed Henk Vanhulle as managing partner of its Belgian offices. He has been a partner at the firm since 1995, and specialises in domestic and international corporate tax, tax litigation, and employee share schemes.

The Consulting Consortium
The regulatory consultancy group has announced the appointment of Letitia Smith as a non-executive director. Smith is currently chief risk officer at Kleinwort Benson.

Duff & Phelps
Dafydd Evans has joined the financial advisory and investment banking firm as managing director of its European mergers and acquisitions business. He has 13 years’ corporate finance experience, and previously worked on the corporate finance team at PwC.

PA Consulting Group
Geoff Tomlinson has joined the consultancy firm’s supply chain and manufacturing division. He was most recently at Ernst & Young, where he helped lead its supply chain and operations advisory team.

Quadrant Chambers
Simon Slattery has joined the legal chambers as joint senior clerk. He was previously at Atkin Chambers.

Industry Funds Management
The wholesale funds management firm has hired Hannah Lindberg as an investment analyst. She was most recently assistant vice president for restructuring business support at Barclays.

Liberty Global
The cable company has appointed Andrew Cole as a non-executive director following its Virgin Media acquisition last week. He is currently an executive at Asurion.
