The commercial real estate firm has announced the appointment of Guy Richardson as a senior director within its rating team. He joins from the Valuation Office Agency, where he was a director and member of its board.

Tracy Collins has joined the bank’s wealth management business as a director in its charities team. Collins was most recently at Sarasin & Partners, where she was a senior associate partner in its charities team. Prior to that, she launched and co-managed the Asparta Fund.

Addleshaw Goddard
The law firm has appointed Ben Koehne as a partner in its London corporate team. Koehne has extensive experience in corporate transactional and advisory work in the financial services sector. He was previously a senior member of the financial institutions group at Allen & Overy.

Arbuthnot Latham
The private banking group has announced the appointment of Paul Millar as managing director for international private banking, based in Dubai. Millar joins from Coutts, where he held the positions of head of Middle East, and chief operating officer for its offshore business.

Hogan Lovells
Santiago Garrido has joined the law firm as an environment partner in its Madrid office. Garrido has over 15 years’ experience as a regulatory lawyer, specialising in energy, natural resources, health and environmental work. He was previously at Garrigues, where he led its environmental law department. Prior to that, he led the energy and environmental law division at Ernst & Young Legal.

BCM & Partners
The asset management firm has hired Dr Roberto Giacalone as principal. Giacalone specialises in fund management and strategy, and joins from Taconic Capital Advisors.

Brown Rudnick
The law firm has expanded its white collar defence and government investigations practice with the appointment of Stephen Best as a partner, and Angela Papalaskaris as a senior associate. Best was previously chairman at Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck. Papalaskaris joins from Dewey & LeBoeuf.

Ayaan Adam has joined the UK’s development fund institution as managing director for its Africa Funds team. She was previously chief investment officer at the International Finance Corporation.
