Darren Banks has joined the bank’s securities services division to lead the development of its UK trustee and depositary business. Banks was most recently at State Street Trustees, where he worked on the company’s strategic development.
The professional services firm has appointed Neil Sherlock as a partner and head of reputational strategy. Sherlock was previously a partner at KPMG, where he spent 25 years, before working for the last 15 months as a special adviser to the deputy Prime Minister.
Adeline Diab has been appointed head of integration for the global responsible investment team at the asset management firm. She has over ten years’ experience working shaping sustainability and governance strategy in capital markets, and joins from APG Asset Management. Prior to that, she held various strategy roles at GLG Partners.
The law firm has appointed Lodewijk Berger as a partner in its Amsterdam tax practice. He joins from Loyens & Loff, and specialises in international taxation for multinational companies, banks and private equity funds.
The professional, technical and management support services firm has hired Mark Prior as head of programme, cost and consultancy in the Middle East, and as head of offices in the Europe, the Middle East and Africa commercial market sector. He was previously at EC Harris.
Ronan Ledwidge has been promoted to partner in the real estate practice at the law firm. He joined Forsters in 2000.
The natural resources investment bank has announced two appointments to its oil and gas team. Rob Collins, who was previously head of natural resources at Canaccord Genuity, has been appointed head of oil and gas corporate finance. Joining his team is Liz Williamson, who was most recently an analyst at Ophir Energy.
