Pharma group Chi-Med yesterday reported an 18 per cent jump in revenues to $195.4m (£129m) for last year, up from $165m in 2011. Pre-tax profits came in at $10.9m, from $6.2m the year before. “The drug R&D division is now beginning to demonstrate that its innovations are of considerable worth and consequently we expect other partnership deals in 2013,” it said.
