Burger King chief to head Heinz

Hamburger chain Burger King Worldwide yesterday forecast a slightly higher quarterly profit than analysts expected, at the same time as revealing current chief executive Bernardo Hees will leave to take over at Heinz. Burger King expects first-quarter adjusted earnings of 17 cents per share and expects sales at restaurants open at least 13 months to fall 1.5 per cent globally and three per cent in the US.
