Britain sweep the board in Sydney

ROWING: Great Britain won seven medals at the World Cup in Sydney. All four of the teams that were represented by London 2012 champions clinched gold, including Helen Glover, alongside rookie Polly Swann in the women’s pairs.

Richard Chambers and Adam Freeman-Pask triumphed in the light men’s double, while there was gold too for the men’s quad and men’s eight. The lightweight men’s four won silver, while there were bronze medals for both the open weight and lightweight women’s doubles.
