Bloomberg sets the bar high in search for new social media guru

JOB requirements are tough over at financial data provider Bloomberg.

The company has advertised for a director of global social media with “six to nine years experience required in social media and digital marketing.”

Considering that Twitter is only seven years old, and Facebook had just launched exactly nine years ago, it seems an unusually long time requirement. Unless of course the firm is looking for experts in the ancient art of MSN Messenger and MySpace – in which case teenage girls of the nineties: Start applying now.
