A GROUP of nine City boys arrived at the Mint Leaf Lounge in Angel Court to cool off during that all-too-brief spell of hot, sunny weather last week.<br /><br />They wolfed down the restaurant&rsquo;s new chilled mango and canteloupe soup, prawn mango salad and scallops, followed by lobster tails, lamb biryani and seabass.<br /><br />But though the food bill was as long as their arms, they appeared to play it safe with the booze, sticking to two bottles of Dom Perignon rose champagne and four of Ch&acirc;teau Cantenac Brown before paying up and heading back to the office. Something tells The Capitalist there must have been plenty of cocktails consumed in the bar beforehand which did not make it onto the same tab.
