UBS has maintained its “buy” rating on the software group, but upped its target price to 280p from 240p after re-assessing the firm’s valuation. The broker says a few months ago the company’s share price was over-discounting but now appears fairly valued.
Panmure Gordon has a “buy” recommendation on the food and support services group and has raised its target price from 785p to 820p, after consensus forecasts rose. The broker says Compass is attractive due to its defensive, predominantly non-UK earnings.
Numis has kept its “add” rating on the derivatives trader but cut its target price from 552p to 539p having updated its forecasts to reflect the low volatility in all of IG's key asset classes. The broker expects first quarters revenue to be down 20 per cent on last year.
