Afferro focused on project tie-up

West African focused miner Afferro Mining narrowed its full-year losses yesterday, as it said it was focused on finding a partner for the development of the Nkout project in Cameroon. The Aim-listed firm posted a loss for the year from continuing operations of $6.1m (£4m), from $6.4m at the end of 2011. At the very end of last year, Afferro said it was in talks regarding a tie-up, and is still in talks with junior stock market firm IMIC.
