You might think the son of high flying City name Ashley Silverton, divisional director at wealth management firm Brewin Dolphin, would follow in his father’s footsteps into the City – but it seems 21-year-old Ollie Silverton has got other ideas and he’s already on to a winner. Ollie has been named the winner of Titan Bet’s “Best Job In The World” competition and will be flying to Brazil to blog, tweet, video and preview all of the World Cup.

The youngster, fresh from his sports degree at Durham University, is making the most of his connections though. The Capitalist hears he’s taking a private jet from Rio to Sao Paulo to watch the England game – on top of the eight other matches he’ll be going to courtesy of Titan Bet. Best job and best dad in the world?
