The property company has announced the appointment of Henry Peto as a director in its tenant representation division. He was most recently at Cushman & Wakefield, where he worked in its London markets team.

Squire Sanders
The legal practice has appointed Gary Paddison as a partner in its real estate practice group. He specialises in the acquisition and disposal of large investment portfolios, property development work, and real estate finance. Paddison joins from DLA Piper, where he was head of its City-based real estate team.

BlueBay Asset Management
Pierre-Henri de Monts de Savasse has joined the asset management firm as a portfolio manager in its convertible bond team. He has 15 years’ experience in portfolio management, and joins from Aberdeen Asset Management where, for the past five years, he was head of convertibles.

The real estate services firm has announced the appointment of Simon Latson as a director in its residential building consultancy London team. Latson was previously at Deloitte, where he was a director in its residential projects team.

Turner & Townsend
The programme management and construction consultancy has hired Samuel Borelli as a director of mining and metals for Europe. He has over 16 years’ industry experience, and was formerly a project director at Zamin Ferrous.

BNP Paribas Real Estate
Michael Umfreville is joining BNP Paribas Real Estate’s central London transactions team as an associate director specialising in office agency in the City of London. Umfreville has over 10 years’ property experience, advising residential landlords, commercial landlords and corporate occupiers in central London. He joins from Capita, where he was an associate director.

Allen & Overy
The law firm has announced the appointment of John Roberti as a partner in its global antitrust practice in Washington DC. He was most recently at Mayer Brown, and has previously served as an attorney at the US Federal Trade Commission.
