The law firm has announced the appointment of Adam Dann as departmental managing partner of its finance division. He has led its projects and infrastructure group since 2010. Prior to that, he held roles at Hardy Oil & Gas and Dewey Ballantine.
Aldermore Asset Finance
The bank has made four appointments to its senior asset finance team. Sean Jones joins as head of broker sales from Hitachi Capital, where he was a sales manager. Prior to that, he held roles at ING Lease. Lee Rhodes joins from Investec to lead the structured finance division. Kevin Tonge, also previously at ING Lease, joins Aldermore’s technical commercial support team. Tim Biddle joins as a business development manager from Siemens Financial Services.
LendInvest and Montello
Mrinal Ray has been appointed head of risk and compliance at LendInvest and Montello, and will work between the two financial services businesses. He was most recently at the Bank of England, where he was a senior associate. Prior to that, Ray held roles at the Financial Services Authority.
The consultancy firm has announced the appointment of Andrew Clinton as executive vice president and head of its international operations. He has over 25 years’ experience advising clients on strategy, business governance and change management. Clinton was formerly a partner at KPMG in London.
The oil and gas exploration company has hired Stewart MacDonald as chief financial officer. He was most recently at Rothschild, where he was a director in its oil and gas group.
Simon Hynes has been appointed global head of distribution at the asset management firm. He has 25 years’ experience in financial services, and has been with the company for 12 years.
The media intelligence services group has recruited Dermot Corrigan as chief commercial officer. Corrigan previously held roles at Exclusive Analysis and Imprezzeo.
