The law firm has announced the appointments of Sonya Leydecker (right) and Mark Rigotti as joint chief executives. Leydecker joined the firm in 1984 and was promoted to partner in 1991. Rigotti joined in 1988, and has since held senior roles including head of banking and head of corporate.

The professional services firm has recruited Tony Woodhams to lead its trading risk solutions group. A former trader with over 17 years’ experience, Woodhams previously held various roles at Credit Suisse, HSBC and Marex Spectron.

The bank has made two senior hires to its international trust business team. John Etheridge joins as head of product. He was most recently at HSBC Private Bank, where for the last five years he was regional head of product development for fiduciary services. Fiona Whitehead has been appointed head of new business. She joins from BNP Paribas Trust Corp, where she was a director for business development.

Yorkshire Building Society
The building society has appointed Mike Regnier as chief commercial officer and board member. Regnier has almost 20 years’ corporate and financial services experience. He was most recently at Lloyds Banking Group, where he was products and marketing director. Prior to that, he was personal current accounts director and head of savings at HBOS.

Turner & Townsend
The management and construction consultancy has recruited Paul Nash as a director in its London office. Nash was formerly at Aecom, where he was responsible for its corporate solutions and hotels sector.

Alan Wolstenholme has joined the firm of solicitors as an in-house barrister. He has over 15 years’ experience specialising in commercial law, corporate fraud, regulatory, compliance and extradition. Wolstenholme was formerly at St John’s Chambers.

Alvarez & Marsal
The professional services company has hired Marios Koliopoulos as managing director in its global financial industry advisory services practice. He has 17 years’ experience working in financial services. Koliopoulos was most recently at the Hellenic Financial Stability Fund, where he was deputy chief executive.
