The private bank has appointed Clara Gandelman Vila as a senior private banker in its executives team. She was most recently at UBS Wealth Management, where she was a client adviser in its key clients and high net worth divisions, focusing on UK and international private clients.

Debevoise & Plimpton
The law firm has recruited Tony Dymond as a litigation partner in its London office. Dymond specialises in complex, multi-jurisdictional disputes. He joins from Herbert Smith Freehills, where he was co-head of its Seoul office.

JM Finn & Co
Sarah Soar has been appointed head of front office at the investment management firm. She has almost 30 years’ experience in investment management, and was previously a main board director at Brewin Dolphin. Soar also sits on the Council of the Institute of Directors.

Cushman & Wakefield
The property company has named Edward Forst as president and chief executive. Forst has over 30 years’ experience working in international asset management, capital markets and operational leadership. He joins from Goldman Sachs, where he was global co-head of its investment management division, a member of its management committee, and previously its chief administrative officer.

Parsons Brinckerhoff
The engineering consultancy has hired Tim Morrison as operations director in its sustainable building solutions team. He has 30 years’ experience in the built environment industry. Morrison was most recently at URS, where he was a technical director.

SEI
Darren Bayley has joined the outsourcing solutions company as UK solutions director for its wealth platform. He previously worked for Standard Life in a strategic deals role, targeting independent financial adviser firms and banks.

RBS
The bank has made senior appointments in South Korea. Bryan Park joins as head of international banking for Korea from HSBC, where he was Korean head of its financial institutions group for global banking. Shyong Lee has been named head of transaction services for Korea. He joined RBS in 1999.
