The specialist restructuring and recovery firm has appointed Michael Healy as a partner. He joins from Leonard Curtis, the rescue and recovery firm. Healy has 22 years’ experience in business advisory restructuring, and has held roles at Barclays, Levy Gee, and RSM Robson Rhodes.

The business and technology consultancy has appointed Jonathan Gray as a partner in its London-based global banking team. He has 20 years’ experience in the finance industry, and was previously a partner at Accenture.

Capgemini Consulting
The consulting firm has announced the appointment of David Williams as chief executive of its UK operations, following current chief executive Bill Cook’s decision to retire. Williams is currently responsible for the consumer products and retail sector at Capgemini UK.

Hill Dickinson
The law firm has appointed Claire Wheatley as partner in its London-based finance and banking team. She has over 25 years’ experience, with particular expertise working in acquisition finance, corporate banking, property finance, and capital markets.

James Hambro & Partners
The private asset management partnership has appointed Simon Brookes as a director in its financial planning arm. He joins from Towry, and has also held roles at Marschollek, Lautenschlager and Partners.

Natixis Global Asset Management
The asset management firm has announced two senior appointments. Alex Wharton joins as a manager in its UK institutional business development team from Capita Employee Benefits, where he was a business development manager. He has also held roles at Financial Times Group. Fred McNeill joins as a manager in Natixis’s UK consultant relationships team from Neptune Investment Management. He has also held roles at UBS Global Asset Management.

Manulife Asset Management
The global asset management arm of Manulife Financial has appointed James Chen as head of international institutional business and relationship management.

The company has also appointed James Wheeler as head of institutional sales for Europe & the Middle East.
