Insurance claims processor Quindell Portfolio announced yesterday it is seeking a full listing on the London Stock Exchange in March, with the possibility of a dual listing in Canada.
The firm said it is now involved in one in four claims being handled by UK insurers.
In its third quarter trading statement, the firm said it earned record revenue of £92.1m in the three months to 30 September. It added that recent contracts means it now has organic growth which it predicts will top £300m a year from the second half of this year onwards.
The firm has appointed KPMG as auditors in preparation for the listing and said it has hired new non-executive directors.
