The law firm has announced the hire of Matthew Jones as a partner in its construction and engineering group. He was most recently at Nabarro, where he was a partner and head of its infrastructure group.

Pedro Gil has been appointed as an equity strategist for Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) at the private bank. He was previously lead publishing analyst at Santander global banking and markets in London, where he covered the European food manufacturing and home personal care industries. Prior to that, he was a research analyst at SAC Capital Advisors.

The business advisory firm has recruited Nam Quach as a senior member of its real estate lead advisory practice, where he will head its leisure sector transaction team. Quach previously spent 13 years at UBS Investment Bank.
The bank has announced the appointment of Jose Sicilia as managing director and global head of global equity services in its global transaction banking division. Sicilia joined the bank 15 years ago, and was most recently head of its corporate trust business for the EMEA region.
Alexis Martinez has been appointed senior associate in the law firm’s international dispute resolution team. He joins from Allen & Overy.
The interim management provider has hired Antony Flagg as a senior consultant. Flagg has nearly 15 years’ experience in the recruitment industry. He was most recently at Randstad Interim Executives, where he was a senior consultant in change management.
The law firm has recruited Julie Teal as a partner in its London real estate group. Teal specialises in construction law, and joins from Fenwick Elliott.
Lionel Erdely has joined Investcorp’s hedge fund group as head of hedge funds and chief investment officer. Erdely was formerly chief investment officer at Lyxor Asset Management.
