MARKS & Spencer is to see more changes to its senior management after confirming last night that its Asia regional director is to leave after two years with the company.

The high street retail giant said Pascal Martin is to step down at the end of October “to pursue new opportunities outside of the business”.

The group has hired Calvin Klein’s European regional director Bruce Findlay to take his place. M&S has 120 stores across Asia and reported sales up 11.3 per cent at its annual results in May. M&S has franchise stores in Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea and Thailand, and its own shops in India and China.
