The wealth management and advisory services company has announced the appointment of Simon Clark as managing director of group services. Clark was most recently at ACPI, where he was chief operating officer. Prior to that, he was chief financial officer at Heartwood, and he has previously held various roles at RBS Financial Markets, Greenwich NatWest and Credit Suisse First Boston.
Bob Hoyt has been appointed group general counsel at the bank. He joins from PNC Financial Services Group, where he is general counsel and chief regulatory affairs officer. He was formerly general counsel at the US Department of the Treasury.

Justin Onuekwusi has joined the asset management company as fund manager, focusing on retail and risk-profiled multi-asset funds. Onuekwusi was previously at Aviva Investors, where he was lead manager on risk-targeting multi-asset funds. Prior to that, he was a fund research analyst at Merrill Lynch, and an investment consultant for Aon Consulting.
The reinsurance firm has recruited Julian Enoizi as chief executive. Enoizi has worked in the insurance industry since 1995. He was most recently managing director at ProSight Specialty Underwriters, and before that was president and chief executive at Argo Managing Agency.
The specialist property consultancy has made two appointments to its London office. Chris Pittock and Nick Ireland have been promoted to director. Pittock, who joined GL Hearn in 2008, was previously a planner at Tibbalds Planning and Urban Design. Ireland joined GL Hearn’s planning and development team in 2008 from GVA Grimley, where he was principal planner in its regeneration team.
Helen Slaven has joined the retail data company as managing director. Slaven has over 20 years’ experience in the retail industry. She was most recently at Micros Systems, where she was senior vice president of retail for Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
