There is a near-perfect circle of Tube disruption in London this morning.
District and Circle line services are severely disrupted due to a signal fault at South Kensington. There is currently no service clockwise on the Circle line, with severe delays anti-clockwise, and there are severe delays on the entire District line.
Transport for London has warned commuters that both lines will be part-suspended for 45 minutes from 10am in order to fix the signalling problem.
