England Test vice-captain Ben Stokes has issued an apology to television personality Katie Price and her disabled son Harvey after a video emerged of him imitating them.

The video came to light following Stokes’s arrest last month on suspicion of causing actual bodily harm. The 26-year-old remains under investigation and is suspended from international duty.

“I foolishly attempted to copy the clip,” wrote Stokes on Twitter. “I should never have done that and I am so sorry.”

Stokes’s apology came on the same day as New Balance terminated its personal sponsorship of him.
