Target Group

Target Group, the business process outsourcing and operational transformation provider, has announced the appointment of Richard Gregory as the company’s chief data officer (CDO). Richard’s role will be to lead the further development and delivery of Target Group’s overall data strategy. The move continues to drive forward its position as a leading global insight led business. Having held senior leadership positions at some of the world’s largest organisations such as AB InBev, Nokia, Whitbread and most recently Nationwide as the group’s head of information management, Richard is a respected authority in this field and brings with him a wealth of experience within strategic information management and a proven record for delivery. Richard will report into Co-Group CEO Ian Larkin.

Bates Wells Braithwaite

Bates Wells Braithwaite (BWB) has appointed Richard Cross as a senior consultant to its growing regulatory consultancy, BWB Compliance. A specialist in UK and European regulation, Richard brings a wealth of experience in helping financial services firms to tackle compliance challenges and regulatory changes such as AIFMD and Mifid II. Richard joins following a six-year stint at financial services regulatory consultancy Bovill, where he worked as a managing consultant, primarily advising asset managers in the private equity and venture capital sectors. BWB Compliance offers regulatory advice and support to financial services firms. Richard joins at a time when the consultancy is expanding its offering to current and prospective clients. He offers just the kind of expert and pragmatic support firms look for in times of change like the finance sector is currently experiencing.
