The Standard Chartered Great City Race takes place this evening, with runners from companies across the financial services sector taking part in the 5km corporate challenge.
The race kicks off at 7.15pm, starting and finishing at the Honourable Artillery Company, Armoury House, City Road, London, EC1Y 2BQ.

The roads affected include City Road, Finsbury Square, Finsbury Pavement, Chiswell Street, Beech Street, Aldersgate Street, Aldersgate Street roundabout (Museum of London), Montague Street, King Edward Street, Newgate Street, St Martins Le Grand, Gresham Street, Wood Street, Love Lane, Aldermanbury, King Street, Cheapside, Prince’s Street, Lothbury, Bartholomew Lane, Threadneedle Street, Old Broad Street, London Wall, and Moorgate.
Buses will also be diverted away from the route between 6.30pm and 8.30pm.
The race is being held to raise funds for Seeing is Believing, a charity aimed at tackling avoidable blindness across the world. This year, all funds raised through the race will be used to support the ongoing East Africa Child Eye Health programme.
Last year's winners were Phil Wicks from Allianz UK and Emily Wicks from Punter Southall, while KPMG boasted the best male team and HSBC the best female team.
