The Circle, District, Hammersmith & City and Metropolitan lines are all experiencing severe delays this morning due to a signal failure.
Meanwhile, the District line is part suspended, with no service from Parsons Green to Edgware Road and South Kensington and between West Kensington and South Kensington "due to a late finish to engineering work". There are severe delays on the rest of line.
