City Beer Fest enters its fifth year with brews including Marstons, Meantime and Budweiser

Guildhall Yard comes alive from just after midday today as the fifth annual City Beer Fest gets underway.

Aside from possible thunderstorms this afternoon, it looks set to be good weather for the all-day event, which you can pop down to anytime between 12.30 and 21.00. Here's our complete guide to the festival.

What beers are on offer?

Craft ale newcomers will sit alongside stalwart British brewers and legendary international brands. Here's the full list of breweries represented at the festival.

What else is going on?

As a City Music Foundation Event, the festival wouldn't be complete without some great music. Four City Music Foundation artists will be performing live, here's the schedule.

12.30 - 14.00

Gorodi/Braysher Quartet: collaborative jazz quartet
15.00 - 16.30 Baltika: Eastern European music with a Western touch
17.00 - 18.30 Nérija: all-female jazz collective
19.00 - 20.30 Kansas Smitty's Big Four: American-influenced mashup of jazz genres

Can I get anything to eat?

Of course - it wouldn't be a beer festival without delicious street food. Get Wurst, Little Jack Horner's and Souvlaki Street will be on-hand with hot dogs, sausage rolls and traditional Greek souvlaki.
