Today's City Moves cover wealth management, interdealer broking and fashion retail. Take a look at these movers and shakers:

Deutsche Bank Wealth Management

Deutsche Bank Wealth Management yesterday announced it has appointed Michael Morley, the former chief executive of Coutts & Co, to lead and build its UK business, one of the first of around 100 front-office hires planned for this year in high-potential markets worldwide. Michael was CEO of Coutts, the UK’s largest private bank, from 2009 to May 2016 and spent seven years as chairman of the Board of Royal Bank of Scotland International before stepping down in January this year. He is a member of the board of the British Bankers’ Association and chair of its private banking and wealth management advisory panel, and a board member of the Personal Investment Management and Financial Advice Association.

TP Icap

TP Icap, the world’s largest interdealer broker, has made a number of changes to its senior management team. David Casterton has been appointed as vice chairman of Icap with immediate effect. This is a new senior role within the TP Icap group, reporting directly to John Phizackerley, chief executive of TP Icap. As vice-chairman, David will work to support the regional and global product and function heads within TP Icap and will continue to sit on the group’s global executive committee. David is now TP Icap’s most senior representative of the Icap brand globally. He will relinquish he role as chief executive of global broking for Icap, but will now have responsibility for a broad array of advisory and strategic leadership functions, including a range of internal and external mandates relating to the Icap brand. Nicolas Breteau will now assume sole responsibility for TP Icap global broking. Elsewhere, Nick Deflora will step down from his role as chief exec of Icap Americas and deputy chief exec TP Icap Americas at the end of December. John Abularrage will assume sole leadership for the region on 1 January.

New Look Retail Group

The board of New Look Retail Group has appointed Paula Dumont Lopez as chief creative officer (CCO). She will join the board in September and succeed current CCO Roger Wightman. Following a successful transition Roger will assume a part-time consultative role while remaining on the board. Paula brings a wealth of experience in the fashion industry, and a proven track record in buying, merchandise and design. She joins from Esprit where she has been senior vice president head of Esprit Women since 2013. Before this, Paula spent 10 years at Inditex in several roles. Her expertise in identifying trends and leadership experience in product, buying and design will be a great asset to New Look Retail Group.
