Officers have been called to Kings Cross rail station following concerns for a man’s welfare, the British Transport Police (BTP) said today.
The call came into police 12.50pm, and officers are on the scene alongside paramedics from the London Ambulance Service.
The man is being treated at the scene and will be taken to a place of safety, the BTP said.
Witnesses at Kings Cross described the scene as being a stand-off between a topless man and police.
Meanwhile, BTP officers were called to Paddington rail station earlier today to reports of a man acting suspiciously.
One man was arrested for public disorder and possessing an offensive weapon.
The incident was not terror related, the police said.
