Temperley, the luxury fashion brand worn by the Duchess of Cambridge, has raised £2m over the past year to fund a transformation plan intended to narrow its £3.6m losses.
Recent accounts reveal that sales fell from £12.3m to £11m in 2015.
Alice Temperley founded her label in 2000, a year after graduating from the Royal College of Art.
Temperley operates five standalone stores, including its flagship store on Bruton Street in Mayfair, and is distributed across 150 wholesale accounts.
This includes Lane Crawford, Saks 5th Avenue, Selfridges, Le Bon Marche, Matches.com, Net-a-Porter.com and Moda Operandi.
The brand is popular with the likes of Amber Heard, Kate Hudson, Arizona Muse and Olga Kurylenko.
