Full service on the Circle and Hammersmith & City lines was set to resume this afternoon - but Transport for London has now announced the suspension between Wood Lane and Edgware Road will remain in place.

Earlier this morning, Transport for London said part suspension of the lines was due to end at 2pm.

The lines have been disrupted in the wake of the fire at Grenfell Tower in west London.

Services were suspended yesterday on the instruction of the London Fire Brigade due to the risk of falling debris from Grenfell Tower.
